HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY BOWS TO SHIP?
Please note:
Processing and shipping times are longer than normal at this time in order to ensure the safety of our staff.

Orders will ship within 10-14 business days from your order date via USPS first class mail, and should be delivered within 5 days of shipping.  You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can trace the status of your package every step of the way! Our processing time is subject to change if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. 
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
First class shipping is free for orders with a subtotal over $40 for domestic customers and $4.50 for orders less than $40.
I PLACED A FEW ORDERS IN SUCCESSION, ARE YOU ABLE TO COMBINE THEM SO THAT THEY SHIP TOGETHER?
Absolutely! Be sure to email us promptly after you place your orders so that we can combine them prior to shipping.
 USPS SAYS MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT IN MY MAILBOX. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, we recommend checking with neighbors as well as calling your local postal office. If you've done those things, email us at holycitybowco@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help! For insurance purposes, once the package is marked as delivered-you will have to independently file a claim with USPS.

All items are listed as individual bows, unless referred to as a “set.”
 WHY DOESN’T THE BOW I BOUGHT LOOK EXACTLY AS WAS LISTED ONLINE?
While we strive for our product images to be completely accurate representations of what our bows look like in real life, keep in mind that screen calibration on your device may affect the appearance of the color. Also, pattern placement on our printed fabrics may vary slightly! Each handmade bow is unique and may vary slightly from the bow in the photograph.
I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT AND/OR DAMAGED IN MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Email us at holycitybowco@gmail.com right away and we will absolutely make it right!
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS? 
Yes! Custom orders are our favorite and we are happy to help. Just send us an email holycitybowco@gmail.com and we will put together whatever you’d like!
WHAT DOES “LEFT CLIP” and “RIGHT CLIP” mean?
If your little one usually wears her bows on HER left side, you will want to choose the “LEFT CLIP” option and same for if she wears her bows on her right side.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY BOWS?
We will accept unused bows if they aren’t exactly what you want. Just send us an email at holycitybowco@gmail.com and we will provide a return shipping address! (We do not provide a shipping label or reimburse return shipping). Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the delivery date on your tracking information.
